Profile details you provide: phone number, date of birth, and address.
Registration details: the package you select, your registration status, and any notes added by our staff.
Lesson and progress data: scheduled lessons, completed lessons, instructor assignments, and course module progress.

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your student account and portal access.
To track your enrollment, package, lessons, and course progress.
To send you notifications about your registration, lessons, and course milestones.
To communicate with you about your enrollment, including via WhatsApp when you contact us directly.

3. Who Can See Your Information

Your personal and progress data is only visible to you and to authorized Destiny Dess Driving School administrators. We use database-level access controls so that other students can never view your information, and administrators can only access student data to manage enrollments, lessons, and progress.

4. Payment Information

We do not process or store payment card information through this website. Payments are currently arranged directly with our staff outside the website (e.g. via WhatsApp), and package activation is confirmed manually.

5. Data Storage

Account authentication is handled by Clerk. Your profile, registration, lesson, and progress data is stored in a Supabase-hosted database with access restrictions enforced at the database level.

6. Your Choices

You can update your password at any time from your student portal settings. To request a correction or deletion of your personal data, please contact us using the details below.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account and progress data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
