This is a general-purpose terms of service template for Destiny Dess Driving School's website and student portal. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Please have it reviewed by a legal professional before relying on it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, enrolling in a package, or otherwise using the Destiny Dess Driving School website and student portal ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who Can Use the Service

The Service is intended for prospective and current driving students. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, a parent or guardian should review and agree to these terms on your behalf.

3. Account Registration

To access the student portal, you must create an account with accurate, current information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Packages and Payment

Package pricing and inclusions are described on our Pricing page and are subject to change.
Payment for packages is currently arranged directly with Destiny Dess Driving School (e.g. via WhatsApp) and is not processed through this website.
A package is only activated on your account once payment has been confirmed by our staff.

5. Lessons and Scheduling

Lesson dates, times, and instructors shown in your student portal are scheduled and updated by Destiny Dess Driving School staff. We will do our best to notify you of any changes as early as possible.

6. Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a lesson. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your remaining lesson allocation, at our discretion.

7. Conduct

You agree to treat instructors and staff with respect, to arrive prepared for lessons, and to follow all applicable road safety laws during practical lessons.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, branding, and content provided through the Service remain the property of Destiny Dess Driving School and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Destiny Dess Driving School provides driving instruction with reasonable care and skill, but does not guarantee that any student will pass a licensing test. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
